Before American Queen Voyages™ began using TrinDocs for Accounts Payable Automation, invoicing was done manually without any interface to their Microsoft GP financial system. So, there was a lot of hard keying and loads of paperwork! They had four people entering invoices for their fleet of three vessels. And, as to be expected with so much manual data entry, there were natural struggles with mistakes, transposing, mis-keying, typos, etc. while very little time was devoted to analysis, cost evaluation, or anything other than keying invoices.
