Unique Situation

Manually processing 100 invoices a day can take a toll on a growing business. Prior to TrinDocs, MidLab Inc. processed a lot of paper and needed a flexible AP Automation Solution to integrate with their niche, and tailored Datacor ERP System (formerly Chempax). Document management was a very real need, with hallways around their offices being lined with file cabinet after file cabinet...40 total file cabinets, in fact!


Tailored Solution

TrinDocs worked hand in hand with MidLab's Accounting and IT teams to build tailored solutions around their unique business needs, to automate their AP process (and much more)! What once were very manual, labor intensive workflow processes are now automated with TrinDocs monitoring email to grab incoming documents and autokey information which allows documents to be easily searched and found by anyone in the business.

MidLab's management team can now approve invoices directly from their own email too, with TrinDocs being tied to their active directory account. So, while a manager may not want to navigate to TrinDocs, having the ability to approve or deny straight from email has been a huge help and dramatically improved approval times.

Seeing how easily TrinDocs can be implemented and with such easy user adoption, MidLab expanded TrinDocs workflow automation beyond AP to help manage other manual paper processes for their business.
