Like a lot of Epicor P21 users, Moody Price is a long term P21 company with 100+ users and they were in need of tools to help them scale growth and operate more efficiently. Cost and ROI were big influencers in their search for the right solutions, as was the need to quickly train new employees with intuitive user experiences.
As their business grew and with the COVID pandemic highlighting the need for more flexible work options, the way they had done business before needed to change. With so many paper files and manual processes, what worked well before was no longer sufficient to keep up with all their back-office document management and workflow needs.
Moody Price evaluated several other document management solutions but was unhappy with what they found, and nervous about stories of year-long implementations...and that with solutions having limited functionality to truly automate accounts payable as they needed.
