Prior to TrinDocs, Rood & Riddle Veterinary Pharmacy was like a lot of businesses with traditional accounts payables processes. They had manual approvals to track, plus they were burdened with trying to manage loads of paper hardcopies for documentation. Finding invoices to see why they didn't flow through correctly was a bear! And, it was common for their team to have to physically go to other office locations, then search through large filing cabinets while hoping they could find the general month of where those invoices were stored. After that, they hoped that the invoices and packing slips were actually there, not lost or misplaced.
